1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Pikket mobile application and related services.
The App is operated by REDHART DIGITAL LTD, incorporated in England and Wales.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The App is strictly for individuals aged 18 years or over.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the date of birth provided is accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where age information is inaccurate or misleading.
3. Account Registration
Users must create an account to participate in rounds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must not create multiple accounts to gain advantage, share accounts, or use automated scripts or bots.
4. Subscription and Access
The App may offer free access and paid subscription tiers.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
Reduced advertising may apply to paid tiers.
Subscription billing and cancellation are managed via the relevant app store platform.
5. Round Structure
Each competition round consists of a defined group of fixtures within a specified time window.
Users may select 5 picks, 6 picks or 8 picks depending on round configuration.
Picks lock at the kickoff time of the earliest fixture in the round.
After lock, no changes can be made.
6. Scoring System
Points are awarded based on official match statistics as follows.
Attacking
- Goal scored: +5
- Every 3 shots: +1
- Shot on target: +1
Defending
- Goal conceded: -3
- Clean sheet: +4
- Every 2 saves: +1
Control and Pressure
- Every 2 corners: +1
- Every 2 offsides: -1
Discipline
- Every 4 fouls: -1
- Yellow card: -2
- Red card: -4
- Penalty conceded: -3
Match Result
- Win: +2
- Draw: +1
- Loss: 0
Possession
- +1 point per 15% possession above opponent.
7. Star Selection
Each user may designate one selected team as their Star pick per round.
The Star multiplier doubles all positive points earned by that pick and reduces all negative points by 50%.
Negative values adjusted by the Star multiplier are rounded towards zero to the nearest whole number.
The Star multiplier applies only to the selected pick.
8. Postponed, Cancelled or Abandoned Fixtures
If a selected fixture is postponed or cancelled prior to lock time, the user may select a replacement before lock.
If a selected fixture is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned after lock and does not produce official final statistics, that pick will score 0 points.
If the affected pick was the Star selection, no multiplier applies and the score remains 0.
9. Official Data and Finality
Match statistics are sourced from the Company’s official data provider, Opta Stats.
Statistics are provisional until two hours after the official full-time whistle of the relevant fixture.
After this window, statistics are deemed final for scoring purposes.
The Company is not responsible for errors, omissions, delays or corrections made by Opta Stats.
The Company reserves the right to correct obvious scoring errors arising from technical or data feed issues.
10. Leaderboards
Rankings are determined by total points accumulated within the round.
In the event of a tie, tie-break mechanisms may include highest single pick score, earliest entry submission, or other predefined criteria.
The Company’s determination of leaderboard positions is final.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not attempt to manipulate scoring, exploit technical vulnerabilities, interfere with data feeds, reverse engineer the App, or engage in abusive behaviour.
Accounts suspected of abuse may be suspended or terminated.
12. No Gambling
Pikket is a competitive scoring platform based on statistical performance of teams.
The App does not provide betting, wagering or gambling services.
No odds or cash-out mechanisms are offered.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App, branding, scoring system and platform design remains the property of REDHART DIGITAL LTD.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal use.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for data provider errors, technical interruptions, delays in statistics, third-party platform issues, or indirect losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or other non-excludable liabilities under English law.
15. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts where these Terms are breached, fraud or manipulation is suspected, or age eligibility requirements are not met.
Users may delete their account at any time via in-app functionality.
16. Amendments
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated via the App.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
